Textbook Ordering Notes USE THESE GUIDELINES FOR ANSWERS TO OUR MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS. - Textbook orders for the FALL 2010 semester will be processed beginning August 15. Textbook orders placed through our website designated as PICKUP for the FALL 2010 semester will be available for pickup beginning THURSDAY, AUGUST 26 in Room 207 in the University Union. No earlier pickup is available. Orders must be picked up by WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, or they will be returned to stock. - Only Textbook orders for web-based and off-campus courses will be shipped, if desired. ALL textbook orders are shipped UPS Standard Ground. We cannot ship to campus addresses, PO or APO boxes. A flat rate shipping fee of $9 is added to every order. - Summer Session Textbook orders designated as Pickup will be available at the Electronics Desk within 48 hrs of placement of order. - Textbooks for classes at the Regional Learning Alliance in Cranberry Woods will be available the day of the first class session at the RLA in the Main Lobby. After the first class session, they may be purchased at the Bookstore or through this website. - Textbook orders are filled with stock available when the order is processed. Orders to be shipped will ship within 48 hours of processing. If a Textbook on your order is Cancelled, it was not available at the time of picking. Textbooks are not backordered. Please re-order at a later date or purchase at the Bookstore. Should a payment issue occur, you will be contacted via e-mail. - If your class or section is not listed, no book has been ordered for that class. Check back at a later date to determine if a book has been ordered for your class by your instructor. - Order your textbooks by the class number and section on your schedule. Instuctors often change sections at the last minute, but the textbooks will remain the same. - We will make every attempt to fill your book order with your desired request ("New" or "Used"). Unless designated as "No Substitution", we will substitute as appropriate. "No Substitution" textbook requests that are unavailable will be Cancelled. - Your Final Invoice Amount may be higher or lower from your ordered amount. This is due to "New" or "Used" substitution where necessary and the shipping charge where applicable. - Course materials, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Pricing changes may often occur as shipments arrive. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our pricing. Items with a price listed as $0.00 do not yet have a price available, and if ordered will be updated with the price when available. - Because publishers frequently change pricing, textbook and price information is always subject to change. - THANKS FOR SHOPPING WITH US!
