How To Order The SGA Bookstore is the "Best Selection" for Your University Apparel and Souvenir items on the Internet. Choose the method of ordering that best suits your needs! We usually ship in-stock items within 1 or 2 business days after receipt of your paid order placed using one of the following methods: If you still prefer not to order online, we can take your order in several other ways. (see below) Order Gifts by telephone by calling us toll free 1-888-201-9480 and tell us you'd like to place an order from our website or Gift Catalog. Note the items that you're interested in and then give us a call. Please have your credit card handy, or if you prefer, we can take your order and hold it for you to send in your personal check. Maybe you'd feel better not sending your credit card number over the internet, or maybe you've got a question or two to ask before you order. No matter, we're here to serve you Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 p.m. In addition, during the academic year, Saturdays 11 am to 4 p.m. (EST). We're happy to take your personal check or credit card order via US mail. Please make checks payable to "SGA Bookstore" and mail to SGA Bookstore, Slippery Rock University, University Union, Slippery Rock, PA, 16057. Or, you can call first to go over your order with us. Then we can hold your order until we receive your check by mail. Include Item number, and any Size and Color information. Fax your order to us with your credit card information. Our Shipping Rates are determined by the weight of your order and are based on the actual charges to the Bookstore by the Ground carrier - UPS or USPS. Additional charges will be applied for Second Day and Overnight shipping and can be quite high. Special Rates May Apply for Certain Oversize Items. Orders are generally processed within 2-3 days after they are received. We will notify you if we are out of stock on an item you order. Please supply us with a daytime phone number and email address (if you check it frequently) so that we may contact you if necessary. |
